Depositing crypto to your Shock.com account is fast, secure, and easy, whether you're using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC) or another supported token. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the full process of funding your account using cryptocurrency.

Step-by-Step: How to Deposit Crypto to Shock.com

1. Log in and Click Wallet

Once you're logged in to your Shock.com account, head to the Wallet section in the main navigation bar.

2. Choose Your Cryptocurrency

You’ll see a list of available deposit options, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT), and other popular tokens. Select the one you'd like to use.

3. Get Your Unique Deposit Address

After selecting your crypto, you'll be shown a unique deposit address. This is where you'll send your funds.

You’ll also see a QR code. You can scan this with your mobile wallet app to autofill the address.

4. Open Your Crypto Wallet

Using your wallet app or exchange (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase, Binance), select the “Send” or “Withdraw” option.

5. Match the Token & Network

Make sure the token and network you send exactly match what’s listed on Shock.

Please note: Mismatched tokens or networks may result in lost funds. Shock will not be able to retrieve erroneous deposits.

Example: If you're sending USDT, confirm whether it should be on ERC-20 (Ethereum) or TRC-20 (Tron) before proceeding.

6. Enter the Amount

Enter how much crypto you'd like to send. Some wallets let you enter the amount in fiat currency (e.g., USD), others use token amount (e.g., 0.01 ETH).

Keep in mind that each wallet may apply a transaction fee based on the selected currency and network. As a result, the amount that arrives in your Shock account might vary slightly than what you originally sent.

7. Paste or Scan the Deposit Address

Paste in the Shock.com deposit address, or scan the QR code from step 3.

8. Confirm the Network and Send

Double-check the network selected matches the one shown in your Shock.com wallet. Once you're sure, send the transaction. The number of confirmations needed depends on the wallet you are sending funds to. Some wallets require 1 confirmation, while some other wallets require 3+ confirmations. Note that only the supported assets in the wallet will be credited, Shock is not able to retrieve deposits made in unsupported assets.

9. Wait for Blockchain Confirmation

Crypto transfers typically complete within a few minutes (depending on network traffic and congestion). Once confirmed, your funds will appear in your Shock.com balance.

• Always double-check the token and network before sending.
• Use copy-paste to avoid typos in wallet addresses.

• Deposits are generally processed within a few minutes, but may take longer depending on the network.
